The saying goes for any task in life, lately its been my decorating journey at a wonderful couples home, who have opened it up to me while i've been, the cups of coffee, the snack when they see i am flagging, the conversation to help make the day go quicker. its been an absolute pleasure and its not over yet! ![]()

Everyday they praise me on something new, how well I prep., how tidy I keep my work area, how meticulous I am in the smaller areas as well as the open ones. How if i have made a mistake that I can own it and rectify it. The different brushes and rollers just for 'painting', each one serving its own purpose, the research I do in my own time to pass on to the customer so they get that better quality of work.![]()

Here's a bathroom from a job i am currently still in the middle off – As a handyman some people might think second rate painter – rest assured, I have an unhealthy addiction for perfection – from prep, crispy clean lines, to a smooth flat finish, there is no second rate work here!![]()

Just after Xmas i painted the interior of a conservatory for a lovely couple, I was then asked if i'd paint the bathroom as she didn't like the current colour, which has led on to the hallway with 9 doors, the utility room, rear hallway, dining room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Im chipping away at it and just about at the half way point. All supervised by 'Oscar the cat' giving his meow of approval!![]()

Spending time with family and dealing with health problems, trying to find balance and juggle everything as a one man band is difficult. I will eventually get around to decorating my own livingroom, 'breakfast room green' is currently winning on "what colour should the feature wall be?"![]()
